If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Website.

2. Services Offered

OMS provides founder profiling, startup showcases, social media publications, venture coaching, and brand consultancy services ("Services"). OMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Submissions & Content Ownership

User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that all content, text, project details, photos, and media submitted to OMS are accurate, lawful, and owned by you or licensed with full authorization.

Grant of License: By submitting content (including founder headshots, project names, logos, and descriptions), you grant OMS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content on the Website and social media channels for the purpose of creating your Founder Profile and showcase.

Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that is defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harmful to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All original website design, branding, graphics, logos, software scripts, and materials published by OMS remain the exclusive intellectual property of OneMillionSparks. Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership over OMS's intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, OneMillionSparks, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

6. Termination of Access

OMS reserves the right to remove any Founder Profile, refuse registration, or terminate access to the Website immediately and without notice if a user violates these Terms of Use or engages in unlawful conduct.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland.

The sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be the courts of Renens / District of Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland.
