Lucy is passionate about focusing on innovation and inclusion to empower those around her. Thanks to her focus, clear thinking, and practical approach, she has been able to advocate for marginalized people across the world, ranging from ex-political prisoners in Myanmar to indigenous women in Mexico.

A big believer in science, technology, engineering and mathematics education (especially for women), she has a masters in chemistry, which has helped develop her persistent, logical approach to finding solutions for global issues. After several years of working internationally in the corporate world, Lucy has decided to focus on work that allows her to develop her vision for a fair future. Lucy is leading the production of the Great Women Leaders event, and building her own initiative to empower refugees - both projects that foster her love for diversity and her stand for equality of different communities.
